Inverse ARP is enabled by default on Frame Relay interfaces where
the PVCs are mapped to the main (physical) interface. And the
original post did specifically state that he did not use
subinterfaces. So the frame-relay inverse-arp command is redundant.
The problem is almost certainly problems in associating layer 3
addresses to layer 2 addresses and the solution is, as Joel has
suggested, the frame-relay map ipx ... commands.
