I had this same problem during my studies. I spent A LOT of time
working on this. The only way I was able to commute traffic over the
portions of the network effected by the split horizon was to implement
a tunnel interface. If anybody else was more successful than I please
let us know.

Subject: IPX over Frame Relay
Hi Everyone,
Two months from today is the big day in RTP!
Question: In my lab, I have a partial mesh Frame Relay setup. I
understand that you can not disable split-horizon for IPX/RIP on the
Hub router to avoid issues with split-horizon. What are my options to
route traffic between my spokes, other than eigrp, or static/default
routes?
