Multicast scalability issue : Large number of multicast source

Hello Expert,

I would like to have your opinion about a customer scenario where he is
asking us to avoid Multicast over GRT. The problem is that there is a large
number of multicast source (+ thousands of camera ) and few receivers.

In your opition, whaich is the best solution (over MPLS) that will resolve
FEC issues related to this large number of sources ?

NB: the MPLS backbone is multi-vendor , so we need to propose a standard
solution.
