I guess it's doable, but you would need an extra IP.
(At least that's what I would do)
I would set this IP as a surrogate for "through site A" reachability.
Then tracking this IP (which would have a static route through site A) I
would change the route to the VIP to either through site A or through
site B, using EEM.
But I wonder why do you want to do this and not use the standard way of
publishing the destination at the VIP site and following whatever route
you happen to get. Some more info on the topology and restrictions would
be needed.
