Hi BR,
In its simplest form this is a gateway question. Bring the second link into the network (via a second modem or router) then change the gateway for the IT dept to point to router2. Thus internal traffic is not changed and only the IT dept gets the use of link2 for external.
Of course there is then further options for failover and load balancing as others have mentioned if you want to do other things too... always good to have multiple links so you have options.

I have an Enterprise that has an Internet Connection however one of my departments (IT) needs a separate internet connection from a specific Provider..
how can I achieve this ..
I.E. the Enterprise has its own internet connection except the IT department which needs its own connection.
I appreciate your solutions and explanation to that as well..
