No Cisco related product? Any crazy config or solution? Everyone always
argues for route tracking. Track a DNS server. If they bounce their
server your Internet is going to re-route? Maybe the remote DNS server's
ISP is having issues, everyone else is fine. Nothing perfect that I can
see.

Anyone?
