Understanding End-to-End Qos

Can someone in the group direct me to an example with a diagram and a simple
configuration to understand End-to-End QoS?
I have a lab setup which I am using
Cisco VoIP Phone <--> 3750 Switch <---> 2901 Router <----MPLS Network (created
in a Lab environment) -->
2901 Router <---> 3750 Switch <---> Cisco VoIP Phone
