Hi Tony,

Cisco 360 program is running crazy busy and also INE. As Narbik said there
isnt enough weeks in the year and since June the 360 program has been
jammed backed. Teaching a CIERS2v5 this week.

Also, Cisco is offering their IOL to rent out when you buy their workbooks
so you can lab up on the latest IOS on IOL....basically the same setup you
will be tested on for Troubleshooting and configuration portions you get
but as a rental. Yes Cisco is renting out their IOL.

It always appears to be slow when the lab is revised but I suspect we will
be back to seeing 100+ emails a day in the near future.
