a network type of BROADCAST on the hub, going to ospf network type of
POINT-TO-POINT on the spokes will form neighbor relationship but will not
exchange routes.
have to change hub interface ospf network type to POINT-TO-MULTIPOINT and also
make sure change
ip ospf hello-interval 10
