No, different broadcast domains isn't it easier to change the vlan? is this a restricted question or a production scenario?
I'd say use secondary addressing but your access vlan 3 ensures your routers mac-address is in a different cam table
Other way round is to crest a L3 SVI for Vlan 3 on SW & change the default route / interface address of Router but that's long
