CCIE SP Written material (taking SP written next month)

So, I get to go to Cisco Live for the first time and I'm going to take the
SP written exam while I'm out there. I've been studying off and on, but now
that I'm going to be taking the exam in a month, I need to get back on it!
I was looking through the blue print and there's a lot of stuff in there
that I don't have a lot of experience with, like DSL, optical, and SONET,
plus a few other odds and ends. Others have noticed this, but there are
really no study materials for the SP available that I can find.

If you have taken the exam, what study materials would you recommend? Or,
maybe I should ask this: if you knew you had a month to finish up
preparations for the written, what materials would you study?
