I think it will work. NX-OS is advance enterprise licence it enhance the
protocol. This feature is available on the Cat-OS. I am sure
it is available also on NX-OS.
No need to give passive interface it will overwirte the protocol due to
less admin distance ospf 110.
If u dont want to make OSPF adjacency than you will configure passive
interface command under Interface level.
