OT Nexus 7K - FEX topology

Hi All,

I had one query regarding connection of FEX with Nexus 7K; Attaching one
link which shows some supported and not-supported topologies.

I would appreciate if I could get some answer why topology # 11 is not
supported from the link above, technically.
