OT: MPLS Automatic Provisioning VPN

Hello,
I was wondering if you know of any MPLS L2/L3 VPN automatic provisioning
tools? Basically a way to automate an additional VPNs, pseduowires, add
import RT...etc. I know Cisco has the Prime Provisioning tool, but are
there any others you used and would recommend?
