Hi SAdiq,
Just make sure that your tftp is reachable from admin context then get into
the system context and simply run copy tftp flash command give host IP for
tftp and image file name there you go.
Once file is uploaded change the boot system command pointing to new image.
Thanks

Subject: Software upgrade from multiple context ASA
Guys,
I just cant find a way to do this or a simple answer. I know it might be
easier to just revert back to a single context mode and upgrade the software
and return to multiple context mode.
So the question is really can I perform tftp operations on software to flash
on a multiple context firewall? I have tried from the admin context, but I
do not have access to the flash drive. I have tried the system context, but
I do not have access to IP connectivity (cant assign an IP address to any
interface). Or am I missing the command to do this? 'dir'
certainly does not work on the admin context at all.
See below:
system_context(config)# dir
