Given that CE requirements are "the ability to send IP traffic", I don't
see why that would be a problem. "MPLS network" is nothing special from a
CE perspective.

Now, just like in any other scenario, you have to keep the platform
capabilities in mind in terms of features. QoS, routing, etc., but there's
nothing specific to the MPLS CE functionality that ASA lacks, or routers
have.
