OT: service dependency mapper

Hi team

Based on your experience what tools are top rated when you are managing
complex set of applications and troubleshoot their issues as they are
 related to each other . when riding on top of network , application
depends on database/san etc.

1) application performance measurement
 2) service map
3) response time visibility

for instance to trouble shoot email issue , we may need to know if FW is
 allowing incoming connectons ? email jammed at email scanner ? or
memory issue on exchange ? is network up between these points ?? SAN is
connected to servers ..etc ..
