CCIE R&S v4.0 Lab exam booking

Hello , I'm in NY/USA, and Trying to book the CCIE lab V4.0 before my written
exam expires next month, or even before Jun 3rd ( before the v4.0 expires,
where I need to re-take the written 350-001 again ) , but the only seat
available is in Sydney / Australia.

Is it better to wait till June 4 th, for the CCIE R&S v5.0 Lab exam and go to
NC, which is an hour away, and the airline ticket price is less than $300.0 or
less than $100 if booked in advance.or to fly to Australia and take the CCIE
lab V4.0 before Feb 17th, where I have a bigger chance to pass the V4.0,
however the Traveling expense will be more than $2200 , just between airline
tickets and lodging. !

Any advice on this :)
