Here is a location for 'some' of the ethertypes you might run into (CDP,
ARP from your list)...
Products::Routers::Branch Routers::3200 Series Rugged ISR::Config
Guides::3200 Series Wireless MIC Software::Protocol Filters
But it does not include all of the ones we might run into. If someone else
has a more inclusive source, I'm all ears.
