detecting cable on the FXO port

Hi experts,

Is there any way to make the router detecting if there is a cable on the
FXO? Since the gateway can't distinguish if there is a carrier (cable) on
the port, see this example to understand the question

Trunk group 1

Voice-port 0/0/0

Trunk-group 1 1

Voice-port 0/0/1

Trunk-group 1 2

Dial-peer voice 1 port

destination-pattern 9.T

Trunkgroup 1

If there is no cable on port 0/0/0 we got a failed call, because the router
can't detect there is no cable and skip to the second port!!
