incoming call in case of SRST and MGCP fallback

Hi expets,

In case of SRST and MGCP fallback, how I can route the incoming call to an
operator, I found how to truncate it to 4 digits but that will not help if I
don't have DID, so how I can transfer it to an operator:-

dialplan-pattern 1 704.... extension-length 4
