how to emulate router alert ip option for igm join msg ?

Hi,

Im trying to emulate "router alert" option in igmp msg but I have no luck
on that.

SW1 ---------(inside)ASA(out) ------------R1

sw1:
ip multi-cast routing
 ip igmp join 225.1.1.1

R1:
ip multi-cast routing
 ip pim dense mode

ASA:
int outside
ip igmp forward int inside

Normally ASA should deny ip with "alert option" but when I ping from R1 to
Sw1 ,I get the reply.
i cant see igmp join request with alert option on asa log.

Any suggstion ?
