Have a look at the unsubscribe process below.

If you do have that e-mail and prefer to unsubscribe via e-mail send a
message (from the account you are using) to sympa_at_groupstudy.com with the
subject containing:

unsubscribe ccielab

If you are not on the same account that you subscribed, you may send the
command in the form:

unsubscribe ccielab email_at_company.com

You may need to send an authentication message from the original e-mail
confirming the unsubscription.
