This is an ACE20, right ? If I were you, I would open a TAC case and ask
them to provide this release:

c6ace-t1k9-mz.A2_3_6c.bin

I still don't know why they didn't publish it on CCO. I have it since
February/2013.

The release you're running is 4 years old.
