VLan-Based QOS Help

Dear all

I am testing vlan-based qos, using 3 switches. But as far as i can see, it is
not working. Can some one please help me with it.i am using the following
configs. I dont see any counter ticking for "show policy-map int". What is
that i am missing ?

mls qos
int f0/1switchport access vlan 200mls qos vlan-based
int f0/2switchport access vlan 200mls qos vlan-based
int vlan 200service-policy input ptest

class testmatch access-group 1
policy-map ptestclass testset dscp ef
access-list 1 per any
