Private VLANS

Salam,

I have a scenario in which i make 4 stacks of 3750, a core and server farm
switches and I want to span 2 Vlans through them 1 private vlan and other
management VLAN

Multiple devices are connecting to these 4 stacks which doesn't have to
communicate each other so i will put them into isolated vlans but the
uplink is going to core switch from each stack, and from the core switch to
server farm switch where I have Multiple devices needs to communicate all
those devices placed in isolated vlans.

In Server farm switch : Can i put those servers and monitoring stations in
Promiscuous port means can we have multiple promiscuous ports for that
private VLAN?

In core switch : in future they may connect to a router and they will
connect it directly to core switch, can i assign that router in promiscuous
port in future.

Is it mandatory all this network should be a 1 network segment?
