Hi,

Here is the scenario:

1xB200 M3 with 1240+1280 card. (on UCSM I can see 4 DCE per VIC). 40GB per
slot per chassis.

Traffic needs to be categorized as following:

Vnic1-Fab A VIC 1240 NIC Team Bronze VM
data 50%
Vnic2-Fab B VIC 1280 NIC Team Bronze VM
data 50%
Vnic3-Fab A VIC 1240 NIC Team Silver FC
                   40%
Vnic4-Fab B VIC 1280 NIC Team Silver FC
                   40%
Vnic5-Fab A/B VIC 1280 Fabric failover Gold
vmotion 10%

Here is the question, is this percentage per DCEs? per adaptor? so how
does vmotion traffic will be treated?
note that vmotion is on vNIC5 on adaptor 2 but "Gold" class is system wide
parameter( I guess per both adaptors?) My question is this 10% will be
reserved from what location ?

I couldnt find any answer to this anywhere despite lots of QOS articles, no
one gets to how exactly this occur?

Thanks
