VMworkstation-Linuxmint running GNS3 - telnet from windows to

Hello All,

I am not sure how to achieve this but need your help.

I am running VMware workstation and running LinuxMint inside it. I am using
GNS3 inside linux mint and I can telnet the GNS routers i.e 127.x.x.x with
console port n works fine,.

I want to telnet these routers from Windows 7.

Can someone please advise how to do this.
