I've recently been looking into this myself and got a demo of some
products- We have not made a decision yet. (At the moment, we use IPPlan).

Here are some quick/brief thoughts:

Infoblox:
Appliance based: More of a front-end DNS server that scales really well.
Has IPAM built-in, DHCP Support integrated, and NetMRI which is also really
cool.

Efficient-IP:
Appliance based: IPAM/DNS Management is the bread-and butter of this
product. The IPAM part of it really shines in my opinion.

6Connect:
SAAS Model or self-hosted: Definitely geared towards ISPs, has integration
with RIRs, and built around managing customer resources.
