Dear Vishal,
It is good to replace wired with wireless network. But a careful RF planning
is required to obtain the desired network throughput and connectivity. One
such a case where a user device generally donot roam from one AP to another
incase of overlapping devices. The solution could be controller based AP's
where controller makes those decision for roaming.
Also remember wireless is Half duplex.
