It is certainly not impossible to get a job being a CCIE with no
experience. It will be tough though I have to agree.

Secondly, how is it impossible to get a CCIE without work experience? Why
not!? I know a number of people that have done it. Especially with options
like rack rentals and emulators like GNS.
