Don't let the public address portion scare you away. Despite any IPv4
shortages, there are still blocks to be had. I haven't had to do anything
larger than a /16 in three years, but a recent client's needs were able to
justify a /24 with what I felt was a diligent, but fair process by ARIN.
Procuring an ASN was even simpler.
