RE: asa 8.2 to 8.3 config conversion

Not that I'm aware of, the software upgrade will do the trick but you'll probably be unhappy with the results. The NAT conversion and object group conversion are both pretty bad. The upgrade will also dismantle any policy NAT configurations and no NAT configurations into individual line items.
