Depends....did you apply for your own public BGP AS?

Ideally you want to originate your public prefixes from the same public BGP AS. Great for AS border loop prevention.

Do you want to use both links in your Dual ISP setup?

You could split your prefixes across both ISPs and prepend on both links to cater for link failure

Did APNIC allocate a public range to your business?

You won't be able to advertise ISP assigned prefixes out the secondary ISP link. If its APNIC allocated....no worries.
