No, not for any exams.
You cannot use CLC for training materials alone, but you can for class training bundles from Cisco Learning partners, which may include workbooks, videos, and aod type training.
I know that IPX is not a Cisco Learning partner, I'm not sure about INE, but Micronics/Narbik is.
Most partners also charge a fee of 10% of the CLC cost for processing them, too. Just a heads up so you don't think you are being cheated.
