Hands on labs were the only way for me. Narbik at the time (2012) was the only one with not only labs, but a lot if descriptors and learning verbiage for it to learn from.

I'm sure that the three players (IPX, INE, and Micronics/Narbik) all have it now, though, and probably very detailed.
