The test is to see that QoS works and go get the values of Jitters, delay and packet loss so as to compare it with the minimum requirement for Video on a enterprise network.
What do you mean by any type of packet generator? Kindly be more specific.

When you say "test", is this to see if your QoS works? Any type of packet generator will do that.
You could use a TCL script with source/destination and dscp values tagged as well.
