OT | Network Performance Monitoring Solutions for Office

hope you all doing fine
I need to reach a solid network performance monitoring solution for vast
scale network. I've done some researches but and I'm sure to approach best
solution your remarkable suggestions and tips would be handy and useful. I
need something more than NPM (network performance monitoring) Applications
e.g. OpManager or Solarwinds !
actually I'm looking for a solution of combination both application and
devices ...

The Scenario including:*
A HeadQuarter office that over 300 branches would have daily communications
and transactions with it via Internet to get some services after
authentication
(due to critical importance of service that branch offices need to receive
everyday from HQ, high security consideration should be applied in this
solution)
