CCIE SP Road Map

Hope Y'All doing well

 I am putting Road Map for IE SP lab studying , few concerns :

1) Due to busy work schedule, I would like to take an effective BootCamp
that help me getting my lab much in an effective time [ + my hard work of
course ]

Option A : IP Expert
Option B : INE

Are those the most recommended bootcamp , or there is better bootcamp than
A / B ?

2) Seems INE has a bootcamp this September in Seattle where I will be
visiting for business meeting, is there a way I can squeeze my self in ?

3) Anyone is aware of change coming soon in IE SP v3 ?

4) Please confirm if the lab Exam is only lab only no OEQ or
Troubleshooting tickets ?

5) Has any one used Cisco VIRL for practicing the lab , or any one has
concerns / caveats to that plane ?
