OT:Web Content Filtering Solution widout User Subscription

Hi All,

Sorry for this OT.

I am looking for a web content filtering solution... below are the
requirements

1. 2 Sites  around 10KM apart  should be considered separate sites.

2. Total Number of concurrent users combined for both sites = 5000

*3.** **Only 1 Single Policy is required for all users  All users are
guests*

4. Device should be deployed inline to traffic  no proxy setting for
the users is allowed  dont want to change any network configuration

5. Redundancy is required - 1 appliance on each site  the appliance
should have pass-through capability in case of failure (like an IPS) with
redundant NICs possibly

6. Throughput  50-100 Mbps should be fine.

Point number 3 is important. All vendors including
Bluecoat,websense,huawei,ironport etc do their pricing on per user
subscription....i don't need that...as all my users are guest users and a
single policy needs to be applied to block them for unwanted
websites.....no authentication requirementsno tracking required per
user....

Please let me know if you can suggest anything that can provide an inline
traffic interception for web filtering? I am looking for cheapest option J
