Yes, but it depends.

GRE header varies from 4 to 16 bytes
GRE encap would be your IP header + GRE header (variable)

IP header is 20 bytes and PPP takes 8 bytes and for MSS, you need to
include the TCP header of 20 bytes as well.

Now based on your requirement and with a lil math, it's easy to figure out
the rest.
