agree with Marc. "sh int status" is the key command.

as i understood the prerequisite covers "notconnect" interfaces.
if not, then - ...| in connected +[0-9]+ +full +100_
if duplex is not important: ..... | in connected +[0-9]+ +[a-z]+ +100_
