That's basically what I got as well. vIOS, also, is a full system, whereas
IOL is a process. So, a single VM could run one instance of vIOS or
multiple instances of IOL.
Also, from my talk with them, they ARE expecting vIOS/VIRL to come out in
December, and most likely will not be entirely free. There might be a free
component, or use option, but not everything. But the graphical network
design demo looked AWESOME.
