Tom,
last time I checked, cisco does not support RSVP for integrated services 
QoS any longer. It only supports what they call "intserv/diffserv" QoS, 
and that is why you see no resources attached to the flows, nor marking 
of RSVP path packets.
RSVP is only used for CAC.
