Yes, no tags in Lync by default. You can either create a policy inbound
with the default port ranges but that will most likely grab much more than
just Lync Video. I also believe that there are GPOs and regedit's to trim
the port range or mark different facets of the application (voice, video,
screen share). But to confirm, Lync will not tag or use standard ports out
of the box.
