OT- LAB Schedule

Dear All,

I don't know if someone here can help me out in this regard, I sat in the
lab on 6th of june but I failed my attempt, but since then I am trying to
schedule the lab(off course after 30 days period) but what is happening is
either I m getting navigation error page or even if I am able to login to
my account I am not seeing any date for anytime, very few times it appeared
but then I can not see the dates again, on the other hand if my friend is
checking at the same time he could see the dates, I called cert support
twice, opened the case what all they said is they are putting some
threshold to avoid if someone is trying with the scripts, today in the
morning dates started appearing for me then after 5 6 times I checked with
the gap of around 15-20 minutes dates disappeared and now 4 hours have been
past and I am unable to see the dates after login.

Sorry for the long post but I am literally worried about this and cisco
support doesn't seems to help me out on this.
