Cisco ASA IPS configration push from active to standby

Hello to all group members:-
                                            i am planing to buy ips modules
for ASA 5525-x and some guy told me that if you install ips in the
firewalls that is configure in Active/standby manner then the ips
confiration didn't push from Active to Standby ASA.

Kindly let me know its right or not.i need the advise from some experience
guy who have ASA with ips install in his working envoirment.
