OT: Is it safe to work in Bahrain?

Hello Masters,

I have recently been offered a job @almoayed in Bahrain, for which i wanted
to take expert's reviews who might already be working over there or have
some fair suggestions/ideas:

   1. First of all is it safe to work in Bahrain?
   2. Do they retain passports of the employees?
   3. How much salary a CCIE (R&S) should expect with 5 years of
   experience?
   4. I searched on Google that there are no personal income taxes there,
   wanted to hear more on any other kind of taxes if applicable?
   5. Any other reviews Good/Bad that i should be aware of about this
   company mentioned above?
