I would separate the C1 H1 C2 H2 & put a set of meshed switches in between,
you'll need some /29's one on Cisco side and one on the Huawei side, then
point the static routes to the VRRP VIP and redistribute this into a dynamic
protocol, this is key for it to work
Don't forget you'll prob need a VRRP on LAN side too so another set of /29's
same principle
