Testing SCTP on windows machine

Dear Experts,
I am trying to test sctp on my windows xp machine. Want to know any online
application or website or
video download that supports sctp. I want to test my laptop with wifi and
ethernet on and see how that works.

Any help in regards to this is appreciated.
